These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Numpad Pro (the “App”) and the related website and services operated by CodeBuster Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Numpad Pro is a keyboard application intended to provide number-entry and related keyboard functionality. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules applicable to your device and platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you. If you are a minor, you should use the App with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control for your personal, lawful use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, except where permitted by applicable law:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or other ownership notices.
• Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Use automated methods to access, abuse, or interfere with the App or its services.

5. Keyboard Functionality and Permissions

Because Numpad Pro functions as a keyboard, certain features may require permissions provided by your operating system.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing these permissions through your device settings. Some App functionality may not be available if required permissions are disabled.

You remain responsible for the information you enter using any keyboard, including Numpad Pro. Do not enter sensitive information into any service unless you understand how that service handles such information.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including a software development kit (SDK) for event and usage tracking.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CodeBuster Apps is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to CodeBuster Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

8. Updates and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.

We are not obligated to provide every update or to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or configuration.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeBuster Apps and its developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeBuster Apps and its developers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of the rights of another person or organization.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the App, our users, or our services.

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

14. App Store Terms

If you downloaded Numpad Pro through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required under applicable law.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to the App, to the extent provided by Apple’s applicable terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of Numpad Pro is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website or made available through the App with a revised effective date.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to CodeBuster Apps, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction required or permitted by applicable law.
